Obama’s Gestopo Forces In Wisconsin

January 23rd, 2012

Dear Kerry,

Big Labor’s unrestrained fury in Wisconsin continues.

This week, union bosses and their allies turned in over one million signatures to recall Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker for the “crime” of…

…signing into law legislation limiting the union bosses’ stranglehold over Wisconsin taxpayers and government employees.

And that hit the union bosses directly in the pocketbook.

Thanks to the mobilization of Right to Work supporters like you, Governor Walker did not back down last March in the face of teacher-union “sick-outs,” hysterical protests, and union-label Democrats in the State Senate fleeing to Illinois to stall the debate.

When that failed, the union bosses launched a $20 million campaign to recall supporters of the labor law reform bill.  Of course, due to the popularity of Right to Work, Big Labor-backed challengers in the recall election were too terrified to even mention the forced-dues issue.

They knew what you and I know — that 80 percent of the American people support the Right to Work principle that no worker should be compelled to join or pay dues to a union to get or keep a job.

That’s why your Committee blitzed the state with hundreds of thousands of pieces of mail — making sure constituents knew where each candidate stood on forced dues.

The people of Wisconsin took care of the rest — and Big Labor failed to install a pro-forced unionism majority in the State Senate.

Now, the union bosses have launched their most aggressive strategy yet, and they’re going to pull out all the stops — no matter the cost — to recall Scott Walker.

Wisconsin took a great step forward for liberty last year, and now the union bosses are desperate to dismantle the reforms and restore their forced-dues power on Wisconsin public servants and grip on the taxpayers.

Your action was critical in encouraging Governor Walker to stand up to Big Labor last March, and I know I can continue to count on you going forward.

And you can count on your Committee to make sure the issue of worker freedom versus forced-union dues isn’t swept under the rug in Wisconsin.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

Obama’s Democratic Socialists are to Blame for High Gas Prices

January 22nd, 2012

Newsweek Article

Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, has blasted President Barack Obama for siding with “radical” environmentalists and shelving plans for the Keystone XL pipeline.

The 1,700-mile pipeline would have brought oil from Canada to refineries in Texas, created thousands of jobs, and lessened America’s reliance on Middle East oil. Environmentalists claimed it posed the threat of an oil leak.

House Republicans gave Obama 60 days to approve or reject the $7 billion project, but Obama said the deadline did not allow time to assess the environmental and health impacts and squelched the pipeline plan, at least for the immediate future.

Inhofe released the following statement: “President Obama sided with his radical environmental friends and their job-killing global warming agenda instead of a majority of the American people who would have welcomed the tens of thousands of jobs the Keystone pipeline would have created.

“President Obama’s decision shows his unwavering commitment to his global warming agenda which seeks to eliminate oil, gas, and coal, and raise energy and gas prices on every American.

“President Obama has now squandered one of the best job-creating opportunities he has ever had.

“Given the current tensions with Iran over its nuclear program and their threats to choke off the Strait of Hormuz, the president’s decision was reckless — with little regard to the threat America faces from its dependence on Middle East oil.

“Global warming alarmist Bill McKibben said that the president’s decision was ‘brave.’ Well, he is taking a big risk: By killing jobs today he could very well lose his own job come November.”

Inhofe told Newsmax in an interview last year that the Obama administration is “trying to kill oil and gas” by refusing to allow the United States to exploit its abundant natural resources in an effort to drive the country toward green energy.

Inhofe is a steadfast critic of manmade global warming alarmists. His new book “The Hoax,” due out in August, focuses on what he calls the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people — that catastrophic global warming is the result of manmade gases.

Obama and his Communist Gestopo Friends the EPA

January 22nd, 2012

NewsWeek article below

1. EPA Threatens North Dakota Oil Boom

Oil production in North Dakota has boomed to the point that the state now produces nearly as much oil each day as OPEC member Ecuador.

But a decision by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) could bring a halt to the boom that has virtually eliminated unemployment in North Dakota.

The state now has 200 rigs pumping 440,000 barrels of oil daily in the Bakken shale formation, according to the Heartland Institute. The state’s unemployment rate is holding at just 3.5 percent, with many oil industry jobs paying more than $100,000 a year, and “we have 18,000 jobs looking for people,” North Dakota Republican Rep. Rick Berg told The Hill.

“If our country’s GDP grew at 7 percent, as it does in [my] state, most of our problems would be over in two years.”

The North Dakota legislature is using some of the state’s oil revenue to fund $1.2 billion in infrastructure improvements, including roads and schools. Public schools will receive $340 million in oil-related revenues over the next two years, and oil money will pay for a disaster relief fund and a reduction in property taxes.

Also, the legislature has ordered that 30 percent of the funds from the state’s 6.5 percent oil extraction tax be sent to the state’s Legacy Fund, which cannot be touched until 2017, when accrued interest will become available for spending.

One reason for the boom: “The regulatory environment was already low in North Dakota, certainly better than California’s and some other oil-producing states,” said Brett Narloch, executive director of the North Dakota Policy Council.

“As we move forward with oil production, I expect the business environment to get better.”

Most of the Bakken shale production is occurring on private land, but analysts and state legislators fear the EPA may still seek to shut it down, the Institute reported.

The federal agency is currently investigating hydraulic fracturing (fracking) production techniques, which are used in shale oil production.

Narloch said: “If the EPA decides to ban fracking, that shuts down the entire industry since so many of the wells operate by that procedure. It would kill this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Obama and His Socialist Democrats Food Stamp Kings

January 17th, 2012

This is what Obama and His Socialist buddy’s are doing to American’s.  He wants us to rely on him giving us crumbs so we think he is thinking of him and what he is giving to us. Yes he wants us to bowe down to him and say oh thank you for all your doing for us in this time of need.  It should be jobs not this we as American’s don’t want this but he continues to prolong our sadness.

Here is some good reading, and don’t forget to vote REPUBLICAN/Republic  this November not Democrat/Socialism!!!!!

A record 44.7 million people — or 1 in 7 Americans — were on food stamps last year. But does that make Barack Obama the “food stamp president?”

It’s true that the food stamp rolls have swelled more under Obama’s tenure than under his recent predecessors. Also, his 2009 Recovery Act allowed even more people to sign up.

The number of people in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or Food Stamp program has soared to an average 44.7 million in fiscal 2011, up 33% from fiscal 2009. Obama’s stimulus act made it easier for childless, jobless adults to qualify for the program and increased the monthly benefit by about 15% through 2013.

In fiscal 2011, the federal government spent more than $75 billion on food stamps, which provided an average monthly benefit of $133.85 a month, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. That’s up from $34.6 billion at the end of fiscal 2008, when recipients collected an average benefit of $102.19. Much of what’s driving the steep climb in enrollment is the nation’s worst economic downturn since the Great Depression.

Food stamps have become a lifeline for the millions of long-term unemployed. More than 20% of those unemployed for more than six months received benefits, according to Congress’ Joint Economic Committee.

However, Gingrich may have a point in painting Obama as an entitlement president, said Robert Rector, senior research fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation. Spending on income-based programs, such as food stamps, has increased by one-third to $900 billion under Obama. There are 70 such programs.

A MESSAGE FROM WISCONSIN….……

Really says it all……………

November  19, 2011
Downward Wisconsin

We used to make things here in Wisconsin.

We made machine tools in Milwaukee, cars in Kenosha and ships in Sheboygan.

We mined iron in the north and lead in the south.

We made cheese, we made brats, we made beer, and we even made napkins to clean up what we spilled.

And, we made money.

The original war on poverty was a private, mercenary affair.

Men like Harnishfeger, Allis Chalmers, Kohler, Kearney, Trecker, Modine, Case, Mead, Falk, Allen, Bradley, Cutler, Hammer, Bucyrus, Harley Davidson, Pabst, and Miller lifted millions up from subsistence living to middle class comfort.

They did it –not “Fighting Bob” La Follette or any of the politicians who came along later to take the credit and rake a piece of the action through the steepest progressive scheme in the nation.

Those old geezers with the beards cured poverty by putting people to work.

Generations of Wisconsinites learned trades and mastered them in the factories, breweries, mills, foundries, and shipyards those capitalists built with their hands.

Thousands of small businesses supplied these industrial giants, and tens of thousands of proprietors and professionals provided all of the services that all those other families needed to live well. The wealth got spread around plenty.

The profits generated by our great industrialists funded charities, the arts, education, libraries, museums, parks, and community development associations.

Taxes on their profits, property, and payrolls built our schools, roads, bridges, and the safety net that Wisconsin’s progressives are still taking credit for, as if the  money came from their council meetings.

The offering plates in churches of every denomination were filled with money left over from company paychecks that were made possible because a few bold young men risked it all and got rich. Don’t thank God for them; thank them that you learned about God.

Their wealth pales in comparison to the wealth they created for millions and millions of other Wisconsin families.
Those with an appreciation for the immeasurable contributions of Wisconsin’s industrial icons of 1910 will find the list of Wisconsin’s top ten employers of 2010 appalling:

  •  Walmart,
  •  University of Wisconsin–Madison,
  •  Milwaukee Public Schools,
  •  U.S. Postal Service,
  •  Wisconsin Department of  Corrections,
  •   Menards,
  •  Marshfield Clinic,
  •  Aurora Health Care,
  •  City of Milwaukee, and
  •  Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs.

This is what a century of progressivism will get you.

Wisconsin is the birthplace of the progressive movement,

  •  the home of the Socialist Party,
  •  the first state to allow public sector unions,
  •  the cradle of environmental activism,
  •  a liberal fortress walled off against common sense for decades.

Their motto, Forward Wisconsin, should be changed to Downward Wisconsin if truth in advertising applied to slogans.

There is no shortage of activists, advocates, and agitators in this State.  If government were the answer to our problems, we would have no problems.

The very same people – or people just like them –who picketed, struck, sued, taxed, and regulated our great companies out of this state are now complaining about the unemployment and poverty that they have brought upon themselves.

They got rid of those old rich white guys and replaced them with…nothing.

Wisconsin ranks 47th in the rate of new business formation.  We are one of the worst states for native college graduate exodus; our brightest and most ambitious graduates leave to seek their fortunes elsewhere.

Why shouldn’t they?  Our tax rates are among the worst in the nation and our business climate, perpetually in the bottom of the rankings, has only recently moved up thanks to a Governor who now faces a recall for his trouble.

In 1970, the new environmental movement joined unions and socialists in a coordinated effort to demonize industry.

When I was in college, the ranting against “polluting profiteers” was like white noise  – always there.  They won, and here is the price of their victory:

  •  in 1970, manufacturers paid 18.2% of Wisconsin’s property taxes –the major source of  school funding – and
  •  in 2010 those who remained paid 3.7%.

So who is it that caused the funding crisis in our schools and the skyrocketing tax rates on our homes?  It is the same ignoramuses who, in Wisconsin, are sitting on bridges, pooping on things, and passing around recall petitions.
The unemployed 26-year old in the hemp hat looking for sympathy might look instead for some inspiration from Jerome I. Case, who started his agricultural equipment business at the age of 21, miraculously without an iPhone 4s.

Mr. Case got rich by asking people what they want and making it for them.  He did not get rich by telling people what he wanted and waiting for them to do something about it.

If you want to declare war on your own poverty, memorize that.   In the last decade alone we have lost 150,000 manufacturing jobs in this state – over 25%.  And it’s not just jobs that have been lost; the companies that provided them are gone.  Those jobs are not coming back, no matter how long we extend unemployment benefits pretending they are.
The 450,000 people who still work in manufacturing in Wisconsin are damn good it at, but we are now outnumbered by people who work for government.
A significant number of the latter are tasked with taxing, regulating, and generally harassing the former.

While it is true that many manufacturers chased low-wage opportunities on their own, many more were driven out of the state by the increasing cost of doing business here.

It is a myth that unions improve wages.  If you consider only the 1,000 jobs in a closed shop, you might think an average union wage is, say, $30/hr.
But if you add in the zero wages of the 10,000 jobs lost in companies chased out by union harassment, the average of all 11,000 union workers is reduced to $2.72/hr.
Do you know the average wage of union iron miners in this state? Zero.  And the left is fighting hard to keep it that way in Northern Wisconsin – looking out for the working man, they call it.

It is also a myth that free trade causes job losses.  Over the past three years, U.S. manufacturers sold $70 billion more goods to our Free Trade Agreement (FTA) partners than we bought from them.  Conversely, we suffered a $1.3 trillion trade deficit with countries where no FTA’s exist.

I doubt that kids are going to learn that in our government-union monopoly schools –it doesn’t fit the narrative.

No one wants to see another person suffer in poverty, and liberty is the best economic policy there is.  The great industrialists of Wisconsin took less than a generation to lift millions up to a life of dignity, pride, prosperity and good will.  When enterprise was free and government was limited, we all prospered.

Those great men of industry were not anointed at birth to be rich; they rose from nothing to great wealth through their own hard work and the value they added to their employees and their customers through choice, competition, and voluntary exchange.
That is the only sure path to real prosperity; the debt economy is a temporary illusion.

Look again at the list of our famous industrialists and the list of our current employers.

Who would you wish your child or grandchild to grow up to be?  Who do you think will do more good on this earth –Jerome I Case and his tractors, or the Coordinator of Supplier Diversity at Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS).

If you chose MPS, then apply now –that job is open, and it pays up to $72,000 plus benefits and early retirement.

Go in peace and save the world.  Me, I’m going with the tractor guy.

Democrats Your Al Sharpton Is A Worthless Racist

January 10th, 2012

Al Sharpton your the racist. You have been calling everyone who wears the tag of Republican a racist. The word racist flows out of your mouth just like all the crap you spread every time someone gives you a microphone.  Let me say that your lazy, freeloading, full of crap. Please Google Al Sharpton and see what he has done in life, you know like work for a living you will find nothing.  I even looked to find where his ministry was located and could not find it nor it said where he ever had a congregation.  Yep good ole boy Al Sharpton the man running around calling us White Folks racist and all along he’s a bum using others in order to get money.  Al really has to be the biggest fraud in sometime. He sort of sounds like Obama hmmmm are they brothers?

Democrats is this what you want, this is one of your boys. You have many more like Al starting to pull the race card.

I don’t like to be called a racist.

Here is one of Al baby’s racial quotes on MSNBC;

Was it another slip of the tongue by the Reverend Resist We Much,”  or an intentional playing of the race card?

You be the judge.  On his MSNBC show this evening, Al Sharpton claimed “the Republican party has been in a mad rush to its extreme white wing.

Sharpton made his statement after blasting Rick Santorum for his views on abortion, birth control and gay marriage, and claimed that Santorum “has been there, waiting the whole time” for the GOP in its rush to the white–or was it the right?

Democrats Here Is Your Hope And Change

January 9th, 2012

This is how much the Obama’s care about the poor!!!!

Jodi Kantor’s unauthorized book “The Obamas” reveals the actor threw a costume ball for the First Couple, but the affair wasn’t publicized due to the country’s recession.

Barack and Michelle Obama like to party with Johnny Depp — but only in secret.

The Obamas — an upcoming, unauthorized and eagerly anticipated biography from journalist Jodi Kantor — exposes details of the First Couple’s private Halloween celebration in 2009, the New York Post reported. It was a big Alice In Wonderland-themed to-do, hosted at the White House by Depp and Tim Burton, who directed the 2010 film update. The affair was kept hush-hush because of the recession, and the potential backlash that might have resulted had the news gone public.

One high-profile guest included Chewbacca, or someone wearing the Star Wars icon’s original costume, personally messengered by franchise creator George Lucas for he event. Depp dressed as the Mad Hatter.

“White House officials were so nervous about how a splashy, Hollywood-esque party would look to jobless Americans — or their representatives in Congress, who would soon vote on health care — that the event was not discussed publicly and Burton’s and Depp’s contributions went unacknowledged,” according to an excerpt of Kantor’s book in the Post.

Earlier that Halloween, the White House held festivities for D.C.-area schoolchildren that were covered by the media.

PHOTOS: Actors Who’ve Played Politicians

The State Room had been decorated “in (Burton’s) signature creepy-comic style,” Kantor wries. “His film version was about to be released, and he had turned the room into the Mad Hatter’s tea party, with a long table set with antique-looking linens, enormous stuffed animals in chairs, and tiered serving plates with treats like bone-shaped meringue cookies.”

The Obamas is slated for release Tuesday. Besides hush-hush soirees, the book sheds light on the presidential marriage and the First Lady’s somewhat reluctant transition into her new role as well as tension with Obama staffers including former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

The White House has dismissed the book an “overdramatization of old news.”

“If we wanted this event to be a secret, we probably wouldn’t have invited the press corps to cover it, release photos of it to Flickr, or post a video from it on the White House website,” White House spokesman Eric Schultz said in a statement, via Politico. “Even Johnny Depp’s fans knew about it and posted on their website. Just goes to show you can’t believe everything you read in books these days.”

But Kantor defends her words, telling the Today show interview on Monday: “If you look at the text of the book, the sort of outside trick-or-treating was public with press. The inside party, which was the more lavish party, was kept very quiet.”

Democrats What Happen to Hope and Change?

January 8th, 2012

There are many people who love entitlements but they have no clue where the money comes from to pay for those entitlements. These people think us middle and upper class should pay for them and this just came about with Obama. Yes, Obama wants a freeloader society. This is where Obama gets his votes from the freeloaders and you have plenty of them as Democrats. For years the Democrats have always been giving money away to the freeloaders. Take a look at all the big and middle class city’s there dump sites, this is what the Democrats breaded these city’s have been controlled by Democrats forever. This Is where Obama gets his votes. Obama a slick speaking talker can lure these idiots into anything in order to vote for him. Obama gives two shits about the low income people he only wants there votes. But when you here him speak he goes into his reverend speech talk speaking just like Reverend Wright his buddy preaching hope and change, hahahaha wow when will that ever happen, but these idiots believe anything he says. Some of them say; “Yea that Obama going to gives me Money so’s I can buy things”. Then you ask well where do you think Obama is getting his money, and they say; “It’s Obama’s money”…..now how and the heck can you explain anything to idiot’s like this. In the last 3 years what the hell has Obama ever given to you? CRAP! And guess what he wants your vote by telling you he will steal from the Middle and upper class and give it to you. God forbid he develops jobs nope he will give it to you yea that’s a joke. Guess what, you aren’t gettin crap from him the only thing you are giving him is a vote, again he doesn’t give a dam about you in fact he is to busy wining and dining the Wall street guys. Yes, my little peons they are giving him tons of money for this election. LOL, and you think he hates them hahaha. That’s his boy’s, not you my little low life friends. Obama my be black on top but he is very upper establishment white underneath. So you say why does he want to tax the rich, well he wants the small guy which at this time is the Middle and semi upper middle which is the Million dollar man the people who breed jobs. Sure the very upper, the billion dollar guys can easily afford that and with dining the Wall Street Guys they get to just make more and more money? Yes, Obama is playing you Guys. You guys never get smart!
You either vote Republican cut taxes and bring back jobs from overseas by cutting corporate tax and taxing China’s imports which are killing our jobs here in America or Vote Democrat pay more taxes prevent jobs from coming back because Unions would lose if this happens and continue to move to deeper poverty. Oh did I say a more Socialistic society with Obama? You only have two choices.
But ask yourself, how were your last 3 years? Would you like to continue to move in this same direction? Gas was $1.87 when Obama took over now it’s $3.44 SUCKERS!!!

DID I ANSWER YOU QUESTION STEVE!!!!!

Budget Office: Obama’s Stimulus Failed on Jobs

Wednesday, 23 Nov 2011 12:34 PM

By Paul Scicchitano

In a blow to the Obama administration, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has concluded that the president’s economic stimulus plan created fewer jobs than expected and “crowds out” private investment.

A new report the CBO released on Tuesday finds that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act may have boosted the economy in the short run by sustaining some 700,000 jobs at its peak in 2010 but “will reduce output slightly in the long run — by between 0 and 0.2 percent after 2016.”

The report estimates that the total number of jobs the plan produced was far fewer than the 3.5 million the Obama administration predicted during the peak of spending.

The CBO estimates that the stimulus is responsible for sustaining between 600,000 to 1.8 million jobs during this quarter, which lowered the nation’s unemployment rate by as much as 1 percent.

In July, the conservative Weekly Standard estimated that Obama’s stimulus package had cost taxpayers $278,000 for every job it created.

There was no immediate comment from the White House on the CBO report, but officials haveinsisted in the past that the economy would have fallen into a depression without the jobs act..

In September, White House press secretary Jay Carney called it “uncontestable” that the infrastructure projects the act created “were very well managed, came in on budget or under budget and led to the creation of many, many jobs” that would not have been created otherwise.

CBO, a nonpartisan agency, has re-evaluated the stimulus every three months with varying estimates of the total price tag — from $787 billion, up to $862 billion and now $825 billion.

The agency also has changed its model for the spending’s impact on the economy, and the new calculations show that the act did less than originally projected.

CBO’s latest report reveals that the top-end decline of two-tenths of a percent is deeper than the agency predicted before the stimulus passed in February 2009, according to a report in The Washington Times.

At the peak of spending from July through September 2010, the American economy sustained between 700,000 and 3.6 million jobs, which lowered the unemployed rate between four-tenths of a percent to 2 percent, The Times reports.

An opinion piece in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution acknowledges that the stimulus failed to keep unemployment below 8 percent, as the Obama administration had projected, but blamed the discrepancy on a greater decline in the gross domestic prodcut than previously estimated.

“In short, in early 2009 we thought the economy had fallen off a ladder,” the article says. “In reality, it had fallen off a six-story building.”

Urge President Obama to Support Unemployed Pennsylvania Workers Over Illegal Aliens

Recently, various officials within the Obama Administration have announced a plan to suspend the deportation orders of 300,000 illegal aliens (many residing in Pennsylvania) that have already been issued by a U.S. court of law. In addition to being allowed to stay in the country, each of these 300,000 illegal aliens may also be eligible for work visas, allowing them to live and work legally in states like Pennsylvania, taking away employment opportunities from Pennsylvania residents who are unable to find a full-time job.

Once again, President Obama has put the desires of the pro-amnesty movement above the Pennsylvania citizens he has taken an oath to protect. Such a policy cannot be allowed to stand. More must be done to limit the presence of illegal aliens in Pennsylvania’s workforce. Please don’t delay. Send this critical message to President Obama today, urging him to do more to protect vulnerable Pennsylvania workers from illegal aliens. This is a completely free service. There is no cost to you.

PRESS TO SEND THIS NO-COST FAX
Dear President Obama,I was outraged to learn you are offering an amnesty to illegal aliens through Executive Actions! If you have any respect for the American people, you will not follow through on this plan.

According to Cecilia Munoz, your Director of Intergovernmental Relations:

Authorities “will be applying common sense guidelines to make [deportation] decisions, like a person’s ties and contributions to the community, their family relationships and military service record…. In the end, this means more immigration enforcement pressure where it counts the most, and less where it doesn’t — that’s the smartest way to follow the law while we stay focused on working with the Congress to fix it.”

How will keeping illegal aliens in the country, whatever the reason, help jobless Americans find work? Clearly it will not. Indeed, it will make the plight of unemployed Americans even worse and put even more Americans out of work. You need to get with the program and realize that Americans do not want an amnesty for illegal aliens!

Please start enforcing the law and make sure illegal aliens do not receive amnesties and are not allowed to take U.S. jobs. There are 22 million Americans unable to find a full-time job. Please do not let them down.

Sincerely,
(Your Name Will Appear Here)
